Would have to pick Killer7, absolutely love those animated cutscenes!
The Handsome Men cutscene (below) is one of my favourite cutscenes of all time, I've watched it so many times, I know all the lines and everytime, it's just fantastic.
Just to extend the post, some other cutscenes, I really love:
Boat cutscene from Forbidden Siren 2 (SPOILER ALERT), it makes my heart sink, excuse the pun.
Fiona meets Hewie from Haunting Ground [;u;] (close to the start of the game, so no spoilers)
